Jim received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with distinction from Northern Arizona University in 2003. With a vision to provide excellent, compassion centered physical therapy, he founded Flagstaff Integrated Therapies. Jim cultivates his personal therapy approach pulling from a variety of sources building on his traditional Western foundation. He selectively uses Dry Needling in addition to other manual techniques to address trigger points that cause muscle pain and joint dysfunction. Using the science of the Postural Restoration Institute, he thinks outside the box to address the root cause of dysfunction and pain, therefore optimizing performance. Jim is one of only 201 practitioners worldwide that has earned the title Postural Restoration Certified. The ultimate goal is empowering the patient with improved mind-body connections to allow easeful effort.

Katie received her bachelor degree from NAU her Master’s of Science in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Using the latest research in nutrition, sleep, stress resiliency, behavior change, and positive psychology, Katie integrates a holistic wellness approach into our physical therapy practice. This integrated approach creates the conditions for clients to be successful in their journey toward improved health. Katie currently runs the wellness program for 6 government agencies in Northern Arizona creating and encouraging engagement in life changing programs for over 3000 lives.
