INSTRUCTORS:
Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing since 2003. Jim empowers patients to take control of their quality of life by treating and preventing both acute and chronic injuries. The foundation of his personalized approach is thorough education on the biomechanics as well as increasing body awareness.
Katie is a registered Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. As a Yoga Therapist, Katie meets with individuals dealing with the mind-body connection relating to addiction, anxiety, stress, and depression. She is trained in both classical and modern yoga traditions using the wisdom of Ayurvedic Medicine in treatment recommendations.
